SMS mailing to Tele2 subscribers is done through direct connections to the equipment of the respective cellular operator. Allocation of a separate sender's alphanumeric name is paid and costs 1000 RUB per month, including VAT. If you send an SMS without paying, the monthly fee for extraction of separate numeric-letter sender's name for each SMS to Tele2 numbers is charged from 1.60 RUB.
